Happy Rose Parade Day

Every year it's my tradition to watch the Rose parade.  One of my bucket list items is to see the Rose Parade in person and to have some behind the scenes tours.  But, this year...I'll be on the float!

Girl Scouts, (my employer) is celebrating 100 years in 2012 and with that...Girl Scouts will have a float in the 2012 Rose Parade...here's a little sneak peek.

To help raise funds for the parade, Girl Scouts sold roses for the float.
Two friends bought a rose in my honor that will ride on the float!
I imagine it's one of these

See the little labels.  2 of them have MY name on them!  Whoopeee!

Either way...I'm on the float this year!
