I love Wednesdays!  I get to comb through my family photos to find the most wackiest of photos.  One of the best places to visit is my twin sister's Flickr or Facebook.  She loves to create these characters that just make you laugh out loud.  Love you sissy!

Here we go...it's wacky a doo Wednesday.  My family seems to dig props for our pictures.  This was a few years ago at my BIRTHDAY. yay, I know how to have fun! My twin gave me this as a present.  The nose had a little switch on it, that I could make the moustache move from side-to-side.  OH BOY~

Welcome to Wacky doo Wednesday.  A pause in our busy week to laugh and enjoy life.  Here's a little bit of Halloween layover from my twinny!  She's silly that way! 

Remember yesterday I promised a picture of the winner's gift from last week and here it is.  I'm not going to apologize for the not so good quality picture...because...well....as you can see, it's just fuzzy and there ain't a thing to do about it while I'm sitting in my office.  (don't tell my boss I'm blogging while on the clock)

The little banner says "let your light shine" and it's a magnet.  I just loved the way these turned out!

Hello Everyone! 
Thanks for joining me on the Wacky Doodle Wednesday posting....everyone loves a good dog picture, right?

It's a reindeer, no it's a pug.  No, a reindeer, no a pug...hummmmmm
This is Cornbread the Pug, my parent's dog.  They collect pugs like salt and pepper shakers.

Here's my dad with Cornbread and Daisy.  Cornbread, named after my father's favorite food, was given to my dad at his work. When Cornbread came to my parents home she didn't know how to eat out of a dog food bowl.  Seems like she was only ever given food from her owner's hands.  She's the best dog on the planet now...and eats just fine now.

Daisy came to my parents last Halloween.  Mom tells the story that these children came trick or treating and noticed Cornbread.  They left with their goodies and within a few minutes were knocking on the door again. This time it was a treat for my mom. ...The kids said, "You want another dog like yours?" And in their arms was Daisy. Daisy was found running through the kids neighborhood and they tried to find her owner, but weren't able too.  

We think Daisy was a puppy mill breeder.  She looked like she just had pups, was scared of people and has other mannerisms  a dog that stayed in a kennel all the time.  Today, these two pugs are like salt and pepper.  Look at this absolutely cute shot!

One day my sister and I were thrift store shopping.  We turned the corner  and found a whole bin of these little furbie fellas.  (see picture below) They are so cute. We were mesmerized by their sweet faces and innocent nature.  Their cute beaked faces were sending telepathic messages that screamed, "Take us home!  Take all of us home!" 

The furbies innocent, "polly-anna" types would never believe that there was evil in their world.  It couldn't be!  Everything was pink and happy and everyone was singing.  You might understand the furbies mind set better, if you knew according to their Ancestry.com profile, the furbies are 2nd cousins the Smurfs--and they are SWEEEETTT.

Unfortunately, there loomed danger for the furbies.  We were able to snap a picture of  the angry pink and purple striped (hahaha! pink and purple--how scary) monster before he rocked their world.(investigative reporting at it's best).

My cute little mom has a whole set of furbies sitting by her computer. Remember my mom, the cutiest little german lady on the planet?

78 years of cuteness....get ya some!

Anyways, this my mom enjoys furbies--I guess cuteness needs to be surrounded by cuteness!   It's a little creepy sometimes when I'm using her computer and feel like I'm being watched...but wait.  I am.  I am surrounded by several shelves of our beaked, furry fellas. I'm always a little leary that at any moment they might break out in song.

Wacky Doodle Wednesday! (and a Giveaway)

Let's have some fun Wednesday! 
Do you love this picture?  This summer in TN the days were sweltering....sweltering I'm saying.  Like 106 degrees--TN is normally hot, but not that dang hot.  One of those days where I was having to run around all day--which means:
1. out in the heat of the day.
2. car air conditioning doesn't have time to cool down because of the many stops

My twin has convinced me to keep a foam red nose in my possession at all times to help me keep my sense of humor and well....you can see I used it this day.  Red nose story to follow some other time.
